What If It’s Damaged?

Furniture is prone to freight damage that is undetectable until removed from the box. it is then your responsibility to go through the hassle to get it shipped back and hope the company you purchased from doesn’t give you the run-around. We use quality delivery people and make sure it is assembled correctly and in perfect condition.

How Much Assembly Is Required?

Many items purchased online (even sofas) require complicated assembly. Yes, many online stores offer free delivery, but you have to put it together with complicated or bad instructions (think IKEA)and incorrect assembly will void your warranty as it will no longer be “in original package condition”. We have always offered Free Assembly upon request!
